On the 6th April, we held our second ever Adventure Farm Day—and what a fantastic and sunny day it was! Set in the beautiful surroundings of the Children’s Adventure Farm Trust in Cheshire (a spot we highly recommend!), 112 people from Whalley Phab, Spring into Phab, Southport Phab, and families from across the Northwest joined us for a joyful day out in the sunshine.
Our day began with plenty of excitement as we explored the amazing swings, zip wire, and play equipment —a perfect way to kick things off with fun and laughter. We then moved into the woodland area, where children got stuck into arts and crafts and some wonderfully messy play among the trees.
Next, it was time to meet the animals! We had the chance to feed sheep and alpacas, which was a huge hit with kids and grown-ups alike. We paused for a picnic lunch, enjoying the glorious weather and a relaxed chance to connect with others.
And we finished off the day spending our last bit of energy either bouncing on the giant inflatable slide or unwinding in the huge, calming sensory room, offering something for everyone.
