The Royal Parks Half Marathon is a scenic closed-road race through Hyde Park, Kensington Gardens, St James’s Park, and Green Park.  

Known for its flat, central route, it features iconic landmarks like Buckingham Palace and the Houses of Parliament, and it is one of the UK’s most scenic, nature-filled, and flat city races. It’s unique, inspiring, and ideal for runners of all levels. 

What are the highlights? 

  • The route passes major landmarks including Buckingham Palace, Horse Guards Parade, The Royal Albert Hall, and the London Eye. 
  • It is considered one of the UK’s most scenic, nature-filled, and flat city races, making it ideal for all levels. 
  • It has a strong focus on sustainability initiatives and has used sustainable FSC-certified wood for medals since 2012. 
  • The race finishes in Hyde Park, which features a food and fitness festival for runners and spectators.  
  • It’s a high-energy, tourist-friendly experience in the heart of London.
