With up to thirty people attending from around the country to Bendrigg Lodge in the Lake District for our first ever weeklong Phab Adventure for adults. With a chance to challenge ourselves with new and exciting activities it will be an opportunity to make new connections and friendships and learn new skills.
Spend time together and make precious memories trying adventurous activities include climbing, canoeing, caving & cycling.
Time to socialise and meet new faces.
Enjoy the beautiful natural surroundings of the Lake District & Yorkshire Dales National Parks.
