And any amount can be donated between £1 and £20, just add the amount to the end of your text, such as PHAB5 for £5, or PHAB15 for £15. You will receive an acknowledgement that your donation has been received.

If you are a UK tax payer and complete and send us the Gift Aid form below, we will be able to claim an extra 25p for every £1 you donate from HMRC at no extra cost or trouble to yourself. One way to ensure that Phab can continue and expand its work is to remember Phab in your Will. Phab has many events that you can take part in from the TCS London Marathon, The London Landmarks Half and the Ford RideLondon 100 Mile Cycle Ride. In fact, working with Run For Charity we can obtain places in many different events across the UK; so if you fancy a Challenge we would love to hear from you!
