We’re very excited to announce that we’ve partnered with UP!
We’re proud to be partnering with UP: The Adult Cerebral Palsy Movement, a charity that supports and connects adults living with cerebral palsy. UP is building a strong community, raising awareness and helping make sure the voices of adults with CP are heard.
UP was founded after its co-founder, Emma Livingstone, noticed a lack of support available to adults with cerebral palsy. While many people receive coordinated support as children, that support can become much harder to access in adulthood. UP was created to help change that, giving adults with CP a stronger voice and a community where they feel seen and understood.

Like Phab, UP is all about bringing people together. They create welcoming spaces where adults with cerebral palsy can meet others, share experiences and support each other. Through online events, peer support, campaigns and informative sessions, UP helps people connect, grow in confidence and feel part of a community.
This partnership is a great opportunity to bring our communities together. Whether you’re part of the Phab family or involved with UP, we encourage you to get involved, make new connections and see what both charities have to offer.
We’re excited to see what our two communities can achieve together and look forward to welcoming even more people into the Phab family.
